Join us for this 2-hour Live Webinar, Qigong For Reducing Stress, on Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024. David J. Coon, will share Qigong Exercises for reducing stress & increasing energy. Also, learn one Guided Meditation for healing and a Medical Qigong Lecture on the benefits of regular Qigong practice.
In this transformational workshop, you will learn protocols to cultivate Qi through Qigong Exercises and learn protocols to direct this Qi for personal healing. Participants will learn Qigong Exercises, Meditation, and Self-Healing Techniques that they can immediately incorporate into their everyday lives.
