Joseph Rockman is a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist (NCCAOM board certified) with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and Licensed Massage Therapist who studied acupuncture at Tri State College of Acupuncture in New York City and has been practicing Acupuncture since 2006 and Massage Therapy since 1999. Joseph practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He also specializes in Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM), which is a modern American approach to classical meridian acupuncture that draws from both classical meridian acupuncture and Western physical medicine, notably the technique of myofascial release of soft-tissue constrictions or trigger points to aid or relieve pain syndromes.
Joseph has been practicing Qigong since massage school on his own. He also has practiced Hung Gar Kung Fu in NYC for 6 years along with a combination of many other martial arts. In 2018, he started practicing Qigong with David J. Coon. Since then he has continued practicing and moving through the Qigong Awareness courses. He loves teaching and practicing Qigong in both Long Beach NY and Brooklyn NY.

Classes are offered privately by appointment and acupuncture or massage therapy.
In the warmer months, classes are offered in Long Beach on the beach at 6pm for one hour.
Group classes are offered. If you want a group in your area, gather 6 people or more and Joseph will come to your area to teach you and or your family members in a group setting.
