As a level II certified qigong instructor I am able to teach those who are interested in qigong and in helping them understand the wisdom and the potential that the practice has in transforming their life. In 2007, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I also struggled for many years with depression and anxiety. Personally, qigong has been and continues to be a practical way of mindfully working with my body, my mind, my soul., my energy. There have been vast improvement in my life and in my welll-being.It is my desire to help those who are suffering and to help them empower themselves through building and bringing awareness through the practice. And to help support them in their innate ability to heal, grow, transform, and connect with their True essence. As part of my Level I Certification, I studied Golden Dragon Medical Qigong for Back Pain and for Alchemizing Stress and Restoring Balance. In Level II, I studied Medical Qigong for Reducing Acute & Chronic Inflammation and Medical Qigong The Ultimate Mind Body Medicine. I currently offer what I have learned from my studies. I am in process of taking Level III Certification and will soon be incorporating the wisdom and exercises into what I have already learned and offering it to those who are drawn to the practice.

Through continued Qigong practice, she discovered that by cultivating and mindfully moving life force energy, her body possessed everything it needed to heal itself from within. Now fully recovered, Laura’s passion is to help others empower themselves to regain physical, emotional, and spiritual balance and live a life perfectly aligned with their souls’ purpose.

Ericca Burke is a board-certified licensed acupuncturist. Ericca incorporates a variety of healing modalities in her treatments which are tailored to each individual. Ericca sees patients in her office in Wilmington and also virtually through Telemedicine.
