Health Naturally by Dr. Hanoi is a partnership between patient and doctor that is founded upon the healing-oriented therapies of Oriental Medicine. This time tested medical system prevents and treats disease by developing and implementing a customized 3-Dimensional (Physical, Emotional and Social) Health Wellness Plan that takes into account the whole person. Dr. Hanoi is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with over a decade of hands-on experience serving patients in Chicago and South Florida. Presently, Dr. Hanoi treats patients in Aventura, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Miami Lakes, Miramar, Parkland, Pembroke Pines and Weston.

Dr. Hanoi is a Visiting Specialist that treats patients in the offices of Health Professionals and by making patient house calls. Dr. Hanoi is also a certified Acupoint Injection Therapist, a Holistic Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Eastern Nutrition, a certified Medical Qigong Instructor and a member of a local integrative health network.

Dr. Hanoi's natural and holistic healing therapies provide her patients with an opportunity to achieve optimal health using a less invasive approach. Dr. Hanoi offers personalized e-Coaching Programs with respect to Weight Loss, Stress Management, Healthy Lifestyles and Holistic Nutrition as well as offering Medical Qigong and Holistic Nutrition classes.

During a very difficult period of my life, I discovered Qigong and was amazed at how a simple practice could make such a profound difference in both my physical and emotional health. I have been practicing since 2016, and recently decided to help others explore the practice and its incredible health benefits. I earned my QI50 certification from Qigong Awareness in April 2025 and am currently teaching classes at The Yoga Garden Collective in Freeport, Florida, as well as offering private sessions..

I am a certified Qigong Instructor and Medical Qigong Practitioner through Qigong Awareness. I have studied Qigong with David J. Coon for 13 years. I have also been a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master for 14 years. My life work is to be of service in helping people heal themselves and know their True Self.

Leon Mckay is a nationally certified acupuncturist with more than 17 years experience. He has special interest and expertise in formulating herbal remedies and is well-trained in drug and herbal interactions. Leon has studied Medical Qi Gong with David J. Coon, MQM and Paul Fraser. He offers weekly Qigong Classes at his clinic in Wilmington, NC.

I am certified Qi Gong instructor, somatic guide, and wellness practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation, stress relief, burnout weight loss, herbalism and emotional healing. Through gentle movement, breathwork, food lifestyle changes and mindful embodiment, I help students reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and build steady inner resilience and self love.

I blend my background in holistic wellness, mindset coaching, and somatic practices to create accessible, beginner-friendly classes that support balance, grounding, and energetic renewal.
