21 DAY QIGONG CHALLENGE

The exercises are fun to do and easy to follow. I liked that there was repetition and variety each day, so it always felt new and yet familiar. By the end of the routine, everything flowed together more and more easily for me, even time seemed to pass faster, and 10 minutes were over before I knew it.
 
I like that I can redo the whole 21 Day program again. This will help me to establish a routine. Otherwise, if I have to do it on my own, I might not always follow through. I find 10 minutes the perfect amount of time to add Qigong to my day, at least for now. These really are my favorite exercises that fit anywhere in my day.
