Online Course – Medical Qigong For Back Pain

The Qigong class, as taught in this course, while using a laptop, got me out of my seat and participating

in all the exercises. Great for my back and better than just sitting for 16 hours.

It offered many personal benefits to help myself and my clients.

The body is only the vehicle for our soul and the Chi is the ultimate life force together with the sound.

In our stressful time Qigong, as taught here is needed more than ever. It should also be taught to nonprofessional.
