Marie Wells has been a Yoga Instructor for over 15 years. She recently discovered the benefits of Qigong and became certified as a Qigong Instructor through Qigong Awareness. Her goal is to bring people into the art of wellness through classes and designing individual coaching sessions based on health needs and interests.
