Short Bio
QI 50 certified Laura Layky began her Qigong journey in 2017 while suffering from fibromyalgia, CFS, depression, GAD, and panic attacks. Through continued Qigong practice, she discovered that by cultivating and mindfully moving life force energy, her body possessed everything it needed to heal itself from within. Now fully recovered, Laura’s passion is to help others empower themselves to regain physical, emotional, and spiritual balance and live a life perfectly aligned with their souls’ purpose.
