My daughter is 9 years old and took the entire online course too! Is that okay?

Yes, that’s incredible! She must have wonderful focus and presence to perform all the still poses as well as viewing the course in its entirety. Good for her and good for you as a parent to make this available to her. All are welcome to take our courses. There is no age requirement as long as the parent is present and responsible for their child. Thank you for sharing our course with her:)
