Good. From here, you just feet roughly shoulder width apart. You’re standing straight. You can bend down a little bit actually. We’ll have you bend at the knees just a little bit. From here, hands like this like tiger claws. Go like this, open, close, open, close, open, close.
We’re going begin to start shaking like this. We’re going to shake. We’re going to come up. We’re going to go down. I’m going to start real light. Shaking, and shake down. You’re trying to shake your whole body, all the way to the core, and you’re actually trying to relax the shoulder muscles. It’s not all up here in the shoulders, like tense like this. As much as you can, flap. It’s loose, and come down. Come up, and flap a little more vigorously now. Go down. Come up and go down. Come up, and hold a little longer, and down. Up, and down.
Just let your breath do whatever’s comfortable for you, and down. Up, good and breath in here. Relax. In, and down and relax. In, and relax settled down. Exhale, relax, just let it all settle down.
